Bohigas Brut Reserva Cava

Catalunya, Spain -

The cava is based on the indigenous grapes Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada, all grown organically.  Lemon/lime, crushed rock and white currant notes are present in this crisp, elegant, refreshing, zesty, dry sparkler. Hints of toasted bread and brioche add complexity.

Coste Motte Sauvignon Blanc

Southwest France -

100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Duras region in the Southwest of France. Sourced from organic vineyards grown on a limestone plateau covered by layers of gravelly and sandy loess soils. Beautiful bright yellow color. Intense nose of citrus and white fruits with a fresh and crisp mouthfeel.

Zlatan Otok White Cuvee

Dalmatia, Croatia -

25% Bogdanuša, Pošip, Maraština, Prč from Makarska and the Island of Hvar, Dalmatia. Dry farmed. Croatia and Slovenia have, along with Greece, the longest winemaking history in Europe that pre-dates even the Roman Empire. All four varieties in this wine are incredibly old indigenous Dalmatian grapes dating back to the 4th century B.C. The terrain of the vineyards is extremely rugged with very little soil, as one might expect if you have vines planted on the side of the mountain. Straw-golden color, with denseness and minerality. Loaded with bright, full, aromas of dried flowers, melon and white figs. A fresh and savory Adriatic treat!

Laetitia Estate Chardonnay 2015

Arroyo Grande Valley, CA -

Energetic fruit and mineral-driven notes of ripe quince, green apple and crushed chalk transition into delicate aromas of jasmine, apricot preserves and spiced tea. This Chardonnay offers a spicy anise character that weaves throughout the honeyed finish and crisp acidity. Ripe and delicious, this brings the richness of honey and the rigor of minerality into perfect balance.

Pullus Pinot Grigio

Ptuj, Slovenia -

Unlike many of the major European wine regions, Slovenia’s viticultural history predates Roman influences and can be traced back to the early Celtic and Illyrian tribes who began cultivating vines for wine production sometime between the 5th and 4th centuries BC. This Pinot Grigio has extended skin contact during fermentation which adds a pink color and intensifies its flavors.

Pavolino Pinot Noir

Vento Italy -

Medium ruby-red in color, darkening to garnet with age. Appreciated throughout the world for its characteristic and elegant floral fragrance and its stylish, velvety flavor. This Pinot Noir is enhanced by a lingering finish bursting with talc and features just the right touch of tannic backbone. Sustainable

Marietta Cellars Armé

Geyserville, CA -

In a world of many over-hyped, over extracted, & over-priced CA reds, there are a few exceptions that stand out like beacons on a foggy night. One is Marietta Cellars. The history of Marietta Cellars goes back nearly 40 years. 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 3% Malbec Armé has chewy, rich, concentrated flavors of classic black currant, cherries, smoke and earth, with fine tannins and a long structured finish. The nose elegantly combines aromas of spice-box, green olive and black licorice.

Domaine Duseigneur Minha Terra IGP Vaucluse

Châteauneuf-du-Pape France -

100% Syrah. Farmed Organically since 1967, Biodynamic, No Added Sulphites. Whole cluster fermented. This is serious Syrah! Classic but with a fresh side of delicious red fruits.

Château Lamartine Cahors Prestige du Malbec

Cahor France -

100% Malbec from Cahors, just south of Bordeaux France. Cahors is the home of the Malbec grape, having been grown here for centuries. This unfined, organically farmed Malbec is bursting with very complex dark fruits. Black pepper, earth, plum, mocha and currant. The aromatics have spicy currant and black cherry as well.

Las Perdices Reserva Cab

Argentina -

Deep ruby red. Aromas of cherries, notes of pepper, vanilla and coffee contributed by well balanced oak. Full bodied, balanced, flavors reminiscent of like pepper, spices and a final of cocoa or chocolate and coffee. Sustainable
