Noble Hard Cider

Asheville, NC - 

The everyday, everybody cider, the standard bearer, Noble’s flagship cider is straight ahead, crisp, and refreshing

ABV: 7%

Allagash Victoria Ale


five hundred pounds of chardonnay grapes. The brew is then lightly hopped with Hallertau and finished by fermenting with a mix of wine yeast and Belgian abbey-style yeast.

ABV: 7.4%

Burial Shadowclock Pils

Asheville, WNC - 

German barley & American corn, dry-hopped w/ Sterling and Tettnanger hops. Never filtered, like a more robust Bohemian lager.

ABV: 5.5%

Innovation #47 Pale Ale

Sylva, WNC - 

This is a light bodied but heavily hopped w/ Amarillo & Citra Pale Ale, one of the best Innovation has brewed.

ABV: 5.3%

Burial Gang of Blades Dbl IPA

AVL - 

This DIPA is born from an arsenal of ingredients. A pils base is fortified with NC-malted wheat, while Amarillo, Mandarina Bavaria, Simcoe, and other hops feed off the tropical juiciness of a house wild yeast. Expect tangerine, pineapple and mango from this super hop juice.

ABV: 8.2%

Green Man Trickster Too IPA

WNC - 

Trickster is an extremely drinkable IPA with a pleasant bitterness.  Soft herbal notes and a resinous hop backbone highlight tangerine, pine, lemon, and grapefruit aromas.

ABV: 7%

Grimm Afterimage Dbl IPA

Brooklyn, NYC - 

Juicy, juicy, juicy double IPA.  Hazy orange, soft carbonation, plush fruity aromas.  Immense mango, marmalade, pine, honeysuckle, and lemon flavors.

ABV: 8%

Grimm BFF Tripel IPA


Made with five pounds per barrel of Falconer’s Flight and Centennial hops, first-wort hopped, hop bursted, and double dry hopped for all you lupulus freaks. we fermented it with the “clean” Orval yeast strain to put it over the top.

ABV: 9%

Knee Deep Galaxy IPA


An all Galaxy hop IPA, Galaxy’s profile include citrus, passion fruit, peach, grapefruit, guava and other stone fruit.

ABV: 6.5%

Westbrook TWO Claw

Mount Pleasant, SC - 

Hopped up hazy version of One Claw rye Pale. Uses Galaxy, Azacca and Mosaic hops. Dank New England style IPA. Bro.

ABV: 7%

Wicked Weed Pernicious IPA

Asheville, NC - 

This massively dry-hopped ale has minimum malt complexity and a combination of juicy, tropical fruit-forward hops with heavy resinous American hops.

ABV: 7.3%

Wooden Robot What He’s Having IPA

Charlotte, NC - 

a citrusy, hazy, juicy hop character with restrained bitterness. The newest edition includes Citra and Mosaic hops. Another home run from our friends at Wooden Robot

Bell’s Third Coast Old Ale


2013 Vintage a rich, caramel base, and finishes with a heavy hop bitterness. Sharply intense at first, it will age gracefully, adding complexity and subtlety in your cellar. Go ahead, test your patience

Epic Big Bad Baptist

Salt Lake City, NV - 

2014 vintage. Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial Coffee Stout. Huge rich heady beer w/ lots of complex bourbon barrel characteristics, sorry no samples

Granite Falls Rum Aged Tailypo Quad


TAILYPO is the first in our Appalachian Storytellers series, a Belgian-style quadrupel aged in 30 year-old Nicaraguan dark rum barrels. Sweet and complex with hints of raisin, date and chocolate, this ale is sure to capture the darker side of your imagination.

ABV: 14.9%

Olde Hickory Imperial Stout 2014


2014 Blacker than night, stouter than stout is our Imperial Stout. Brewed with a lot of malt & a touch of honey, Imperial Stout is rich & robust with deep, deep notes of dark chocolate & espresso.

ABV: 10.6%

Allagash Interlude 2012

Portland, ME - 

2012 vintage. 2 yeast strains are used- house Saison yeast & a house strain of Brettanomyces aged first in red wine barrels, then for four years in our keg cooler. Sorry no samples

Bayerischer Bahnhof Teuqila BA Berliner


TEQUILA BARREL AGED BERLINER WEISSE W/ BRETT & LACTO a slightly softer, more mellow version of the “Berliner Weisse” style with a beautiful balance of tartness, fruitness, and sweetness

ABV: 3%

Logsdon Seizoen Bretta


Special Brettanomyces yeast provides added dryness and crisp complexity to the Seizoen Bretta. Bottle conditioned with pear juice for a natural carbonation
